Whither Salford Snow?

This massive site, cleared over two years ago, is meant to be a giant ski slope, multi-screen cinema, shopping complex and entertainment centre for Salford. Yet since being levelled no work has been carried out. Instead the site is a massive wasteground, surrounded by dozens of large advertising hoardings.
